Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The item is unused and in original, unopened packaging
- The item is in the same condition as it was received
- The item was purchased for $25 or more
Any items that have been opened, installed, used, altered, or purchased for under $25 are not eligible for return.
VIN Requirement
To ensure proper fitment, we strongly recommend providing a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) at the time of purchase.
- Orders placed without a VIN may be denied for return
- If you decline to provide a VIN, the order will not be eligible for return if the part does not fit
- We are not responsible for incorrect fitment on orders placed without VIN verification
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- All electrical parts (including sensors, switches, modules, wiring components, etc.)
- Any opened or used parts
- Any items under $25 (excluding shipping or applicable taxes)
- Any special order or discontinued items (if applicable)
- Shipping charges are under no circumstances refundable. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- The customer is also responsible for return shipping on all core returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or item that does not correlate with the part number you ordered.
- Do not open the package if the part inside is visibly broken.
- If the item is found to be damaged after removing it from its original packaging, take clear photos of the part and all packaging, including the Honda parts label with the part number. Returns for credit will be denied without the Honda parts label.
- Please take clear photos of the package as received showing any damagE
How to File a Damage or Missing Part Claim

Opening the package may void eligibility for a damage claim.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees, within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply.
